Two adjacent businesses, Capitol Floats and Vibe Health Bar, will each celebrate its one-year anniversary in the bourgeoning Triangle District on Friday, May 5 with live painting exhibitions from artists like BAMR, music provided by DJ Ron Florente samples of açaí bowls, sandwich wraps, and cold-pressed juices courtesy of Vibe Health Bar, and door prizes like free memberships or float sessions from Capitol Floats.

First Friday we will be showcasing art, braiding and curling hair, and waxing. There will also be a raffle for anyone who comes in for a discounted service.
The Holidays are here and what better way to kick-off the month of than with some holiday fun on the block. This month the Oak Park Corridor along with retail, restaurants, and business will be celebrating all things holidays with fun activities, live holiday music, food trucks and warm and cold beverages that will warm up every soul.
Make sure to keep an eye out for Buddy the Elf who will be walking the block giving you some extra holiday cheer as well as some opportunities to take some holiday photos. Last but certainly not least, First Friday will be hosting a holiday raffle that will include items from all the business in the Oak Park corridor.
First Friday is excited to celebrate and give thanks to the ones that have gone before us. In celebration, the Oak Park corridor will transform into an interactive Day of The Dead experience that will celebrate and honor their wonderful life.
In celebration, the Oak Park Corridor along with all retail and business will be filled and activated with live music, drinks, curated activation locations with Day of The Dead inspired memorials, food and drinks specials from local restaurants and business and not to mention in-store activities that will feature Day of The Dead inspired.
All the wonderful colorful attributes of Fall will soon be covering the streets of Oak Park and what better place to take it all in than the Oak Park Broadway Corridor on First Friday.
The month of October will feature everything Fall with warm seasonal drinks from local coffeehouses, a pop-up park activation for kids and adults, food trucks featuring seasonal fall items, along with retail and sidewalk activation with live artiest, music, small bites and not to mention activations with Sacramento top designers, artisans, and muralist.
First Friday: Oak Park will feature full sidewalk activations incorporating business in the Oak Park corridor. Starting at the corner of Broadway & Alhambra Blvd all the way through Broadway & 37th restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques, shops, brewery, art galleries, food trucks, live music, theaters, and special event activations accompanied with monthly raffles from items from local business.
